Ephemeral Art & More

Step into the serenity of Plumas County’s Lost Sierra and experience art like never before. An immersive outdoor event that blends the natural beauty of the woods with the creative talents of local artisans. Each installation is designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, offering a moment of reflection, surprise, or delight. This is art not just to be observed, but to be felt — integrated into the rhythm of the forest.

Silent Auction & Artist Celebration at the trail’s end

After your journey through the woods—where art met nature in fleeting and beautiful harmony—join us for a Silent Auction curated selection of original artworks, handcrafted goods, and local experiences donated by the artists and artisans featured along the hike.

Scattered throughout the hike are live and ambient musical elements designed to surprise and delight

Whether it’s the echo of a violin down a canyon wall or the sudden appearance of a dancer beneath a sunbeam, the performing arts installations offer a sense of magic and discovery throughout your journey.

Enjoy light refreshments and a no-host bar

After your hike, gather for a BBQ feast of chicken chimichurri, grilled veggies, beans, fries, fresh sourdough, dessert, and a complimentary drink. Local wines, beer, and appetizers available at the no-host bar.

Tickets for dinner are in addition to art-hike passes.
